Community Growth Ventures brings hands-on experience across the NDIS and broader community services sector. Our expertise comes from directly managing disability services, including participant intake and transitions, SIL and ILO establishment, recruitment, rostering, staff training, team management and day-to-day operations. We also support providers to manage complex needs, accommodation, risk, compliance, documentation and stakeholder relationships while building sustainable services that balance participant outcomes, workforce capability and commercial realities.We help participants and families navigate the NDIS by making funding, reviews and planning processes easier to understand. Drawing on our knowledge of both NDIS funding and frontline service delivery, we support families to identify evidence, prepare for reviews and clearly communicate support needs.With more than 15 years of experience across employment, recruitment, community services, disability, aged care and education, Community Growth Ventures designs practical workforce development programs that strengthen staff capability, improve employment conversations and support sustainable employment outcomes.
